Twenty years ago today SEMPCheck was incorporated in the state of Texas with no software offerings, no clients, and no paid employees; just an epiphany that as finding and developing oil and natural gas resources was becoming a much more technically complex and expensive endeavor and that as the challenges of maintaining a safe workplace and protecting the environment would continue to grow in significance; that web-based, knowledge-capturing software could become tools to revolutionize the offshore regulatory compliance industry just as they were doing in other industry sectors.

We’d like to express our sincere thanks and appreciations to our present, past and future clients for their valued input over the years, to our dedicated employees and management team and to our new strategic alliance partners for the opportunities to become better together.
