Welcome to SEMPCheck
SEMPCheck is an
Internet based compliance management system that provides 24/7/365 access for the
preparation and documentation of the monthly MMS (API 14-C and 30 CFR 250) inspection
reports. The system verifies compliance against the Codes of Federal Regulations
and archives completed reports, supporting drawings and S.A.F.E. Charts.
The system also contains visual scorecards for all other mandatory MMS, Coast Guard
and EPA regulatory requirements.
Through its exclusive Compliance e-Library feature, clients have the option
to store all of these other MMS, EPA and Coast Guard inspection
reports on-line. The integration of the Compliance e-Library documents with
the ongoing SEMPCheck archived monthly reports affords the option to provide access
to regulatory bodies for the purpose of electronic, tabletop paperwork inspections
without having to travel out to the offshore facilities.
SEMPCheck has pioneered the e-inspection capability. An e-inspection is an
electronic review by MMS of required MMS Regulatory data. These inspections are
in lieu of MMS physically visiting a platform and retrieving records or files. Since
an e-inspection is a web-based process it reduces the amount of time an MMS inspector
needs to spend on site for an inspection.
